Empty promises and no feed back since 25 February 2016

This is my second time telling the same story and nothing has been done about my situation, does no care at FNB.Then why the title"how can we help you, advertising FNB when you dont get the service you need. I have taken out a loan at FNB. In March 2013 I was retrenched. I went to FNB to find out if I have cover for Retrenchment for in Capasity. The consultant said no. I left it as that and kept paying off my loan. I could not afford the loan and went to FNB in February 2016 and spoke to Stacey Spence based at PE Branch Greenacres. I told her my story and she called Nicolene De kerk in the accounts Department. Nicolene said there is nothing she can do and I have to keep paying otherwise they will hand me over to the lawyers. Stacey asked me why I was retrenched and I told her. She made a few calls and said Mrs Muller you are covered for Retrenchment and Disabilty. She will sort it out and I should fill out 3 forms ....1 is that I fill it out 2 my ex employer 3 my doctors and specialist. This was in March. FNB then handed me over to the Lawyers. I told them my story emailed the email I have sent to Grant Stowman, Stacey Spence and Nicolene De kerk. The lawyers said FNB must sort out my situation . Still Grant Stowman has not emailed me back. All my paper work was in order and I went to FNB to hand it in. Grant Stowman was suppose to call me and rectify my paper work. Grant went on Leave and only returned on the 18 May 2016. He has still not called after I have left several messages for him and emails .Stacey was busy on the day I was suppose to hand in my paper work and I decided to approach the Main Branch in Newton Park.I was extremely upset so upset that i could not even breath as I was pushed from this end to the next running around in circles. I received a name and was told to see Alice at the Newton Park Branch Cape Road. I did not have an appointment with her so she sent Craig my apologies I did not get to asked there surnames. That was on 7 June 2016 I spoke to Craig. He listened to my story and asked me if I would like to see Grant. I said no as I was to upset. Craig then made copies of my paper work and said that he will hand them over to Grant and asked Grant to give me a call. Stacey called me that very day and told me that she had emailed me my terms and conditions she was very helpful. Unlike GRANT however called me 2 days later 9 June 2016. He did not mention the forms he had received but kept saying that he cannot help me and who was the lawyers that contacted me. He said he will see what he can do and maybe call the claims department as it is out of his hands. That was the 9 June 2016 we are now dated the 7 July 2016.Now what ...... who do I talk to, who is going to help me, advise me .... answer my questions give me answers. I am entiled to know what is going to happen to my loan and the payment I have been paying for 3 years when I have cover am I entitled for FNB to re emburse me which I think they should. Did FNB put a pause on my situation. Is NO ONE going to take 5 mins of their day to call me and say I will sort this out and give me a date. A phone call does not take + - 5 Months . The only respect I had on that day 7 June 2016 was the security at the FNB branch Main entrance that gave me compassion, gave me something to wipe my tears and walked me to the top floor to see if I am ok and the Receptionist at the front desk gave me a smile made me feel welcome and showed me to the restroom to sort myself out. If you asked me they should get Medals including promotions for being the most pleasant, kind and has people s****s. I am asking for a call tomorrow 8 July 2016
