Empty promises and *********** employee’s

Well it seems like fnb is all talk and no action, following my last review they made an effort to contact me to hear out my story and claim to be "investigating" the issue when in fact it seems they were biding maybe thinking I'd forget their empty promises. I fail to understand how can a bank as big as this be showing such incompetence, if I could I'd definitely give fnb half a star.
