Empty promises!

Tired of even posting on helloPeter.... Pathetic service once again.. Calls, emails,secure chat etc. Just a waste of time! Downgraded the account, confirmation of downgrade after 3 months, then informed banking fees would be reversed by Kishan Ramsugar and he would send an email confirming it... 2 weeks later none happened... Spoke on secure chat via the app and still no feedback! Fnb is losing it! Sad but true.. Have been banking with Fnb for over 30 years... Maybe time for change...
