Empty promises

It’s unfortunate that everytime one needs help from “How can we help you” I always have to resort to Hello Peter. Their service promise is 24 hours for a call back, I logged a call back with their solar solutions team and even today 96 hours later, not even a single call.

Talk about empty promises.
