Empty promises

FNB. Its one month and I already have bad service. This is not the first time I am with you people. You people have made the mistake about the type of account we opened. yet you did not reverse the bank charges as you said you are going to do. No reversal of unfair penalties. now charging us more on penalties as there is no funds. The reason why there is no funds id because you took it. if you reversed the money as promised there would have been money and we would have paid money into the account. The things are like this. We do not put money in where there is no plug, if we see our money drain away we keep it out of there. Its like a broken bucket. you are not going to put water in that bucket because you know its gonna leak out. so please. sort it out or we move our account.
