EMPTY PROMISES
I have sent 7 emails regarding the closure of my credit card, Until today I have not received any confirmation letter of my request besides a email that has been typed out.. I have requested a letter with company letterhead.. I am extremely unhappy because even after it was confirmed to me that my credit card has been closed I am still receiving a sms and email for a payment due end of Feb. Fnb STAFF just makes empty promises
