Empty promises

A debit order went off my account for R99, after I gave FNB strict instructions not to let any debit to go off my account expect the one that I currently have. I sent a complaint to FNB and I got call from Winnie Maisela and I told her that I reversed the debit on my side and I dont expect FNB to charge me for that as its their fault and not mine, she then said unfortunatly I would have to pay that amount or send another email saying I dont want to pay the fee. I asked to speak to either a manager or supervisor she then said none of them are at work but she will get them to call me the next day at 12pm and that was on the 2nd of May today is the 8th and am still waiting for them to contact me.

They are quick to take bank charges but fail to provide the service...

So I got a call on Thursday from Teran who couldnt assist me and she also promised that her manager would call me back in 30 minutes and am still waiting...

Clearly this is a trend with FNB
