Employees to ask the right questions

Just came back from FNB Motherwell Branch waited 30minutes I than decided to go because there's only one desktop working for online banking... The lady by the door did not even ask me the right questions she only made me wait, and I was the 6th person. I believe she assumed that I need her to help me..
