We have been waiting for the ***** Department (Mpoime Gumbe and Samantha Malgas) to sort out an issue we've have since May 2024!!! After numerous emails, unsuccessful calls to FBN...we are now going to the Banking Ombudsman to get some advice!!! FNB needs to refund us R62000 and they are doing NOTHING about it!!!! We have started a new business and this money came out of that business. We are now in financial difficulty because of FNB and its *********** employees!!! Please just DO YOUR JOB!!!!
