Employee threatens, degrades, insults & humiliated me

The employee threatend, degraded, insulted & humiliated me in front of a police officer. She has an obsession with me by treating me as an FNB client with disrespect & goes & uses the company signature with her details to lay false complaints against me which is perjury. When I laid a complaint to FNB the employee America Gopie went to get a protection order against me. This morning in court she tried to get me arrested for sending an email to fnb complaining aobut the employee. This is one sick person & totally unacceptable to be trated like this as a FNB client. I am utterly disgusted. So am I now not allowed to complain for being treated like this? How is this normal? Why must I tolerate this? I have gone to the media about this as it is totally unacceptable for an employee to treat clients like this.
