Employee gets the 5 star rating.

PLEASE NOTE: the 5 star rating is for the employee NOT for FNB banking services. THIS review is to commend an individual employed by FNB (lucky them!!). I was assisted by Eulalie Hero who was solicitous, patient and incredible helpful in a situation that was beyond her direct control. In spite of the frustrating run-around I got due to having to endure automated calls even though I was physically inside the bank, Eulalie was with me all the way; assisting where she could and offering sympathy for my agitation and distress, when she could. FNB is fortunate to have Eulalie in their employ as I left the bank feeling as though there was a real-human who cared about me.
