Employee Award for James Itumeleng Setlofane

In late 2019, I decided to use FNB for all business related banking. I opened this account at FNB Carlswald Lifestyle Centre with my business partners. We were assisted by James Setlofane. I think as business partners, we had not fully agreed the "allowed" mandate pertaining to the business account. James was so patient with us and even trying to assist in helping us understand how access should be shared. Post that 1st encounter, as luck will have it, we needed to open a secondary account, we were again assisted by James with the same patience and diligence. A few months ago, I had issues on my son's account, I went to Carlswald and found that the place is undergoing renovations. I made my way to FNB MOA, just as I am about to take the ticket to que the line, I see James and I specifically asked to be assisted by him. I had to wait a bit but it was well worth my time. James again made me feel like FNB cares about all my issues, no matter how big or small. Having worked in banking for 14 years myself, I never thought I will change my banking needs to any other bank. All these interactions with me decide to switch to FNB (all my banking needs).
