Emotionally drained by FNB

Good morning. I'm writing this review as I am really not sure where to turn anymore. I've been getting the run around from FNB since the 26th of November and I am so close to tears and emotional. Its from one department to another. After I complain the person that end up phoning me cannot assist me. I had a personal account with FNB that formed part of a sequestration order and I was rehabilitated and all documents were send to FNB. After everything my account was closed last week, but my profile at the bank still shows under debt review????Could the sequestration department not update my status? apparently not can only be done by the debt review department and it would take another 2 weeks. Why the debt review department and I were sequestrated? Ok be it as it may, this morning I checked my credit report to see if FNB at least removed my account from ITC and no even though it formed part of my sequestration it must be removed FNB just closed it. FNB really do not believe in 2nd chances. All my other creditors did not have a problem to remove my account just FNB and they said they will remove it once they receive my Rehabilitation order. Ai I really don't know anymore. I think i followed all the correct channels, when do you contact the ombudsman after every other sources are exhausted, because I think that is where I am with FNB.

Reviewer Update
Good morning

I want to thank you for the prompt response to my complain. My debt review status was removed and now I am at least 50% there with my issues. I however am still waiting on a response regarding my ITC/Credit buraus update. it seems that its an issue and not really sure what the issue are. I know it takes a few days for my FNB profile to be removed but it does not seem that there was any instructions given for it to be removed. Got a message this morning that I have to wait another 48 hours for the loan department to contact me. A big thank you to your debt review department.
