Emergency means nothing to FNB

I was just saying yesterday that I never have issues with FNB clearly I spoke too soon. I have a flexi fixed deposit acc with FNB, i have an emergency with my pet that needs immediate veterinary attention they are making it so difficult for me to get my money. i will be moving my account away from FNB. Can someone with common sense please contact me ASAP!
