"emergency home assistance" ... what a joke!

Ten days are gone and my claim is not authorised. FNB insurance calls it "emergency home assistance" they need to relook at what emergency, urgency/urgent means in the dictionary. I had to call Digicall and FNB STI numerous times to get feedback regarding my claim. My house alarm and gate automation need replacing after it was struck by lightning and these companies think we are living in a safe country. I am really disappointed and frustrated. Pathetic service, pathetic process, and pathetic communication.
