Embarrasing Service

Last year a Raeesa Cassim from FNB contacted me to ask for KYC documentation for a club account we have had with FNB for more than 10 years. 20 emails later we provided her with everything that they required. The last mail was dated 17/11/2015 where she indicated she had all the information she required.

All of a sudden, last week we can't make any payments. We contact FNB on Monday and the account is frozen due to KYC. I spoke to Zama Mthethwa in the call centre on Monday 16/3. She asked that I forward all the mails with Raeesa Cassim to her. I also realised that Raeesa is no longer at FNB (mail to her bounced). I made it very clear that it is urgent as we need to pay a supplier.

As of now the account is still frozen. We supp**** FNB with everything they needed and now we are embarrassed, not being able to pay a supplier.
