Emails sent to third parties without my consent by FNB
Received an sms and email from Hollard about cancellation of my policy(from a letter sent by fnb, without notifying me of such communication and why it had to be sent). Secure chat with FNB I was transferred to home loans, homeloans to insurance, Insurance gave me a number to call sating it is not from their department Called the number from my pocket and was told the matter is with insurance again, had to be transfered, insurance said its not them. advised to send an email to the particular consultant who sent the fnb letter. i send her a dfetailed email indicating I need to talk to her since she is sending emails on my behalf and I am worried as a client..The lady simply responded that I give her my account number in question. Why am I suffering like that as a client? Why is there no transparency on matters that concern me. Why are bankers sending out emails without my instruction as the account holder?
I have received a call to find out what the problem is.unfortunately i was told the matter will ne looked into and i will be called back with feedback, which has not happened. The personnel handling such are not eve sure what theactual reason is. Only speculation of why the policy might have been cancelled. What is the way forward now?
