Emailing statements

FNB over the last tax season I have paid you a R600 admin fee but you have not been emailing me my monthly statements. Use the banking app you say - yes I have tried and have been told by two of your consultants that since I only have a home loan with you I cannot access the banking app. I then tried using your SMS service and texted the number 41279 but guess what? My inbox is still waiting. Please put that admin fee to good use and YOU can help me by please emailing me my statements.
