Email deleted without being read: Home Loans Devision
I sent an email on 28 February 2018 to inquire about the process to apply for a lower interest rate on our home loan. I set up my email to send both a delivery and read receipt. Low and behold, a while later I received a read receipt stating my email was deleted without being read. Well now. That is awesome service FNB Home loans.
