Email creditcard devision and still no reply!!!

I emailed credit card division to 2 different emails over a week ago and I am still waiting for there feedback again. I have been to the branch in Lenasia who put me through the call centre via the telephone. The person I spoke to gave me 2 email addresses to send through my request and complaint to. But till now nothing! This is unacceptable and this is the 2nd time I am putting a complaint on hellopeter... Please whoever contacts me before calling me please make sure you have all my details ready and what I requested to be done on my credit card done as well. Including the recording from the call centre. The last idiot that phoned me didn't know anything and didn't even bother coming back to me!!!
