Elligal deductions

I'm an fnb customer for more than 30yrs have been paying my credit card on the 15th of every month. Last month money amounting to almost R7000 was taken from my fnb premiere cheque account the reason being my account was in arrears n was told that I have to pay my account by the 3rd of every month. I then arranged a debit order of a fixed amount of R2500 to be debited on the 15th of every month however to my surprise the amount of R2500 have been taken from my account on the 9 July 2017 am I still going to be debited the very same amount again on the 15th July 2017 as per our recorded agreement? I can't get the answer from Fnb I spoke to several fnb employees like client service n collection department. I just feel like calling it a day with FNB.
