Elderely, frail and sickly dad not able to access his funds

i have a problem with fnb, my dad has been a client of fnb for many years, unfortunately he has not been well to an extent that he has not been able to go to the bank or access his money for sometime now. i have tried everything and nothing works. The problem is that due to he biomatric system, none of us in the home are in any capacity to help him. He lost his card. My mother is old but is able to go to the banj but because it is not her account, she canot help. My dad's money has been sitting in the bank for years, he is stil getting paid by his former employer but cant access the money. Since FNB is reluctant to help him, Chances are, he will suffer and die without accessing his funds. Mom is a pensioner and is supporting herslf and dad with the same grant. It is a sad sitution, the two older persons are suffering, they cant make ends meet with money sitting in the bank but cannot access it. I am considering writting to the public protector since FNB seems not to care. Please help my dad so that he can enjoy the money that he has worked so hard for throughout the years.
