EFT TAKING THE WHOLE WEEK TO REFLECT
How can a payment made on Saturday 11 July from an FNB account to Capitec, still not be reflecting? Technically it’s been 5 whole days (3 working days) - which hoops am I meant to jump through for my funds to reflect? This is horrific and unacceptable. Don’t tell me about the immediate payment option when you charge R50 per transaction compared to the R8 Capitec charges.
