EFT payments from FNB
Good Day, a friend of mine did an eft to my account yesterday at 8:30am . He is banking with FNB, but I am banking with Standard Bank, no money is reflecting in my account yet.
Why is it taking so long, it has never taken this long ?

Thank you for your enquiry.
As per the response sent to you on the 04/09/2018. Payments made from one bank to another can take 3 working days to reflect into the account depending how the payment was made.
If the money does not reflect in your bank account, kindly advise the FNB customer to contact FNB general banking on *** to investigate if the correct details were used.
