EFT Payment reversal due to car ****

I responded to Facebook advert of buying a car(****) and i made a payment via EFT at night which was authorized by FNB via the phone , FNB called to ask if i can see the car i was buying (i was impressed with the service).Little did i know that the collecting the car at night 19:00 will bring me misery , After inspection of the car the following day I release I was ****med the had mechanical faults/bad shape and it did not match what I bought , I contact the so called seller who promised to sort the issues out and collected the car that was the last time I saw the car .I have been to all voicemail and pillar to post and I still don’t have the car. I went to FNB to report the subsequent event sourced advised on the matter, the lady by the name of Veronica at Pretoria West End. I found her act very kind and understanding and professional. Veronica asked for the contacts of the seller and several times she called the phone ring and went to voicemail, she referred me to ***** line I narrated my story and she informed me to open a case against the people. Before i open the case i was receiving calls from the so called sellers threatening me and asking me why i closed his account. I give FNB credit, i have been banking with them for 20years and they never disappoint when I’m unable with anything they came and resolved, Never did they say it’s my fault or you are a willing buyer . If i can’t reverse the payment i know that they have tried and i am happy with all the help received in recovering my money from the *******. I don’t know if I have legal recourse but the police did open a case of ***** as they say its ******** .
