EFT payment reversal deduction

i requested a eft payment reversal a while ago completed the form but the person ended up paying the funds back i never got any response from FNB or any courtesy call from this ****ty bank now today i see a payment of R325 that I'm unaware being deducted for that when i call your call centre there was no decency or even a warning of being alert that the payment will go off today that funds were reserved for something else you just cant take money from my account with out even a phone call or an email of what the outcome of my query was, please return my money back.
