EFT payment reversal

I made an EFT payment to FNB personal loans using my FNB business account, a personal loan account that does not belong me. I called FNB alerting them of this mistake because this Personal Loan account was under my recipients list. I ask FNB to reverse my funds and I have talked to over 20 consultants and wasted over R500 on calls all they tell me is that my case is complicated. I went to the branch only to be told they are offline.

After all these years banking with FNB I do not owe FNB a single cent and I do not have any credit facility with them and they cannot reverse an EFT payment done by mistake. I paid into this Personal Loan account last year because the person asked me to pay the money I owed him/her into that account. Unfortunately I cannot recall who it is and FNB cannot reverse my funds or even provide me with details as to who this account belongs to.

One consultant without care even tells me I will forfeit my funds because they do not deal with such cases.
