EFT payment made from Nedbank to FNB gone missing

Payment made from Nedbank to my FNB account gone missing and fnb is not willing to help. A payment was made on the 29th of May 2019 with EFT to my fnb account and fnb says nothing is reflecting on their side , what is sad is that there’s actually proof of eft payment being successful but nothing on my account , this is very unfair because I am a student and fnb can’t do me like that .

Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Please note this matter has to be addressed with Nedbank. Due to the funds leaving Nedbank, the account holder has to log a missing payment enquiry with Nedbank in order for the funds to be traced.
