Efficiency, effectiveness & expertise!

In the past 5 years, in my opinion & experience, FNB has taken a clear downturn in their ability to deliver on reliable banking service for business clients like myself. Comes as no surprise with recent reports, the bank has lost over 200,000 clients and I would have followed suit (even with over 25 years as a business client at this bank) had it not been for the expertise of the aforementioned employee.

Her experience, ability and expertise in subscribing to the fiduciary care of my business accounts is what has held me back from migrating to another bank. She has no pass the buck modus operandi and no need for any bizarre accent to compensate for a lack of ability. What she says, she does! And does it impeccably without fuss nor delay.

I want to see MORE employees like this populating FNB branches in the future! Better yet, make her manager and this branch will be whipped into shape in no time where ROI for both Head Office review and client value for money will be maximized.

With the great attitude of this employee, I'm hoping it will be seen with more FNB employees from here on out and eventually there will be a turnaround of what used to be a good bank into a great bank
