My account has been put on hold for the past 7 days. Necessary documents were submitted but I'm still not able to access my account. Despite multiple there's still no action from FNB no communication nothing. They keep telling me xolani mavimbela the investigator will get back to me till this day I'm still waiting. I wonder if that xolani ever works or doing follow up on his cases.
