EDO Collection Attempt

So on the 11th Dec 2020 I had an EDO Collection attempt of R1223, the the 28th again, now today again.

From what I've read many people have had the exact thing happen to them with their money not returned.

FNB you will be refunding me my money. This is a breach of your security system. I and many others have not given permission for these debt orders to go off. Meaning you FNB have been compromised and your security system that WE pay for with our bank chargers is not working. I found cases dating back to 2017 of the exact same thing - THAT IS SHOCKING THAT YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING TO STOP THIS.

I'm in events and as you know thanks to Covid event industry is taking major strain. Every cent counts and so when you FNB allow your clients to have money ****** because of your incompetence - you FNB need to go beyond your current service level to ensure it never happens again!

You WILL refund my money ASAP.
