EDO COLLECTION ATTEMPT
Please, FNB, can you explain, without a copy and paste response, why there was an attempt to deduct an amount of R290.44 from my account last night? I do not have a debit order for this amount, and have no knowledge of owing this amount to anyone. I have definitely not authorized this transaction.
I see many complaints of this exact nature on hellopeter. I now need to know why this is still happening if you have had an awareness of this practice since early 2017.
I also want to know who tried to deduct this money, and why and want any associated fees reversed immediately and the assurance that this will not happen again.
