Edo Collection

I need explanation why I keep having these Edo collection every month on my account as when I had went to the branch in Bridge City the lady assisting me was clueless when I askd her about it and got not much assistance from her. They have been collecting money from my account for sometime now. My last money that I have, which I work hard for:-(
