****ed up system b

The system is ****ed up and the consultants are not even helping with my issue. I called four times I made a payment of R2400 using my fnb app then i requested a p[roof of payment via email but still nothing. I then called to explain my issue still nothing. With online banking i still cant access my account to download.i need the proof of payment or my money yoh like what the hell this is a simple task wow trash
