****ed up bank that dont care

I deposited 260 into my easy account and FNB decided to deduct R450 that I dont have.left my easy account on -200.I called 5 times and some bankers hanged up on me.some told me it is in my savings of which it's not there.why are you doing this to the poor?what did we do to you?I am hungry and I need to use my money now
