FNB private banking is one big ****. They charge us but cant even answer the phone. For 5 hours today i have been trying to get of the banker. I. Called the call center they referred me to the app, i chatted to someone in the app he said i must. Call the call center. Mind You all i need is a letter from them. Private banking literally feels like throwing money in a pit.
