****ed off!

Utterly disgusted with these people. Have allowed an unidentified transaction to attempt to take money out my account 21 times!! And then charged me banking fees each time it’s declined 😡😡😡😡 Reported this on the app to ***** twice after 6 and 10 attempts respectively with no assistance. Go to the branch only to be told they cannot assist me without a reference number from *****! Then told to wait for an hour in queuing time to phone ***** for a reference number.

But every day I am getting more declined transactions. At what point do they stop this?? 21 attempts over less than a week?!!! Like seriously, when do you stop?!!!!?
