****ed off

On the 3/10/2024 I made a withdrawal from a Nedbank atm as there wasn't any FNB ones around. I canceled my transaction as I put in the incorrect amount. No money was dispered so I tried again so I left thinking the atm doesn't have cash. I then found an Absa atm and tried to withdraw "insufficient fund" check my balance. I didn't have my phone so I couldn't check. I came home phoned the call centre was told to wait 24hrs that time passed phoned again and was mailed a dispute form. Over the weekend my money was returned. When I checked my app I was left with a minus balance. So I mailed Fnb to ask why and was told the balance is correct as a reversal was done.

This is my issue. Why was a reversal done when it wasn't my fault but the atm had a problem. I can understand my charges for checking my balance, using another banks atm and a teansaction declined but not the reversal. Why should I be paying for that mistake??? So if anyone withdraws from an atm and money doesn't disperse the customer must pay
