Good day,

I am still waiting for feedback from fnb regarding my complaint made on the 28 October 2020. I received a response on hellopeter stating it has been logged and an agent will contact me and still nothing.

I called yesterday and there was still no feedback and yet again, an agent will contact me.

It seems that they are all just *********** and I don't know what more to do because the only people that can assist me do not have any answers!!!

I am extremely ****ed off!
