Bad service, a bank has no right to not reverse any debit you request as they are a third party so they have no business in your agreement with another party. Fnb refused to reverse my money and refused to provide evidence of any law that allows them to do this. Instead a consultant said it's a naedo which should have been reversed easily, they gave excuses without proving evidence of a law that allows them to do this. Banks can be careless with our money and have more rights than us the customer and we cannot say anything even though they are keeping our money on our behalf. I'm fighting this injustice to the core. I have evidence of them lying to protect reckless behavior, I'm done with this bank
