Had the worst experience with ebucks travel & Avis. Booked a rental car over the weekend with Avis via Ebucks travel & I had to pick it up at the Avis marshall town branch only to get there and find the branch closed. This was not diclosed on both parties websites as the online booking process concluded & I proceeded to pay for the service. Instead of both parties offering a sensible alternative to their mistake I was instead asked if I arrived on time at the branch & whether I could go & fetch the rental car at OR Tambo!??? Meaning I had to be further inconvenienced by travelling to OR Tambo & wasting more time to actually get there. I will not be making use of both parties travel services as I received disgusting service & no real help was offered in the end.
