ebucs travel

did a bulk booking of flights through ebucs , and only one ticket was aloocated a bonus visit for an international flight. Called and they just say there was an error but noone helps. Literally unhelpful except being rude eapecially the lady who was at the front desk at the slow lounge. She kept on and on talking about a type of card. I have used these service before and I am very much aware of all rules.
