Ebucs awards no longer based on loyalty
Some three years ago many of us switched to FNB for one reason only: the superior ebucks rewarding loyalty. Now they changed the rules. Three years of loyalty to FNB now only worth a misrable reward. Seriously worried FNB is now no longer looking so attractive. Do they think we stupid. They now abusing the loyalty rewards to force customers into making debt? Thats a big worry. BY THE WAY. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REWARDS FOR MY PLATINUM CHEQUE AND CREDIT CARD. WHY THE DELAY. Sent enails and phoned but received no reply. Also online banking show no sign of latest aigust reward level or ebucks earned for July 2015? Please provide feedback as we are watching your changed reward rules very closely

03 Feb 2018, 23:08Seriously FNB. Stop fiddling with your rewards programmes and treating your loyal customers like fools. Seriously considering moving my banking elsewhere. Removing discount on checkers food purcgase shows how little you care. Tines are gard. Why penaluse the only real benefit of food purchase. You release a press statement on how much gold card users soend large % on food and encourage us to use rewards with more knowledge. Then you do a 180 turn and totaly contradict by remove the checkers discounts on cirtual vouchers. No FNB we are not fools. Shame on you
