Ebucks/FNB keep sending the wrong package

Ordered from Ebucks a BLACK+DECKER - 36Wh 2in1 Cordless Stick Vacuum with Smart Tech Sensors on 26 Jul. What I received was a BLACK+DECKER Wood Planer. I sent it back to ebucks, waited another 2 weeks, whereby they sent me the same Wood Planer back. Whoever is sorting the packages should be fired. He/She clearly does no not know what they are doing. Now Ebucks is ignoring me in classic fasion. Thanks guys, you made this shopping experience one to remember. Your level of service is trash to say the least and your dispatching is even more pathetic.
