Ebucks - Wrong allocation of garage

I am a long time FNB customer, that follows the rules of Ebucks very closely.

However, when i looked up how my ebucks earning was allocated, it allocated my petrol spend on non Engine fuel. I double checked my spend to my credit card statement, and i exclusively used Engen to put fuel in my vehicles.

This has negatively impacted me and has cost me more than R100 due to thewrong allocation on FNB's side.

Please correct this error, or explain to me why it was picked up as non engen fuel. (maybe with the date of when it was done) as i would like to double check this to my statement, and send proof of the error.
