Ebucks - worst online shopping experience

Placed an online order through the ebucks shop for both a sander and a desk. Only the sander was delivered, Called your call centre 4 times, emailed with queries being logged since Wednesday. To date, no feedback whatsoever! Worst online shopping experience I've had in recent years! All I want to know is when are you delivering my desk!
