Ebucks woes

I have been on the highest Ebucks level for a long time to get maximum benefit. Was dissapointed when I dropped a level. I usually check my points during the month to make sure of it and had more than enough points for level 5.

When I asked FNB to review why this was the case I was told that I used the wrong link to access my Smart budget and my credit status hence me not getting enough points. This is strange as I accessed the Smart budget during the month a few times and my credit status has always been dark green.

The ebucks consultants I chatted to pretty much said they cannot do anything as that is what is on their system and it cannot be questioned.
