eBucks with FnB taking fees for no reason at all
I had a bad experience once again with First National Bank and the eBucks. They took out R50 for my eBucks yet I did not spend that eBucks at all.

03 Jun 2025, 14:02I went to Woodmead Pick n Pay and the same thing happened. You guys are running a ****. I am a Fnb paying customer and have a smart shopper card and eBucks card. It does not mention in any of the adverts that it's exclusively for FNB bank accoiunt holders only and not for customewrs with a FNB business account. So I now know for a fact that you guys are running a **** to get customer who don't have FNB account to switch to FNB just to save R50. It's shameful.
