Ebucks, What Ebucks?

I have yet again made an inquiry regarding my points with ebucks and the lady on the phone was so uninterested couldn't be bothered of my concern like its nothing new to her. ***!! I'm mad as hell.. I have been trying so hard to earn points only to be told they cant see the transactions on their side. i got an sms to say i earned points but it doesn't appear on my side. my family have been using my ebucks info to buy on MR D Foods so i can earn points but ebucks does not reward me ***, with that???? The lady on the phone didn't have any answers or help for me. EBucks is the worse points system i ever come across. since the program changed we don't earn as much. With other banks we get rewarded just for swiping our cheque cards for anything and everything but here at fnb ebucks we must even call in and beg them for our little stinking points!!! Pathetic absolutely Pathetic!!! This is what i get for 11 years of being your client?? worse of my vehicle is loaded on the app but it keeps telling me it's not so i'm sure i am losing points there too!!
