eBucks website full of problems

eBucks website full of problems. Tried to buy an IPAD Pro on the website, the transaction went all the way to the end and then the site froze up. They deducted the money from my credit card but the actual transaction are missing on the ebucks site. Have to go to the bank now to sort it out, what a disappointment. This morning I checked again and now the IPAD Pro are of the system as well. So I lost out on the sale and they took my money.
